Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective items.

If your physical product arrives with damaged, missing, or defective materials, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the defective item(s) at no additional cost.

Please Note:

• We do not accept returns for non-defective products. 
• Digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided.
• Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from use is not considered a defect.

To request a replacement, please email us with your order number and a brief description (or photo, if applicable) of the issue.
